How to use
Download the H2OS app and pair the lid over Bluetooth (about 30 seconds). Fill, drink, repeat — the lid sensor logs each sip. Tap the lid to see the water temperature; a soft glow means it’s time for a drink. Hold the button to run a 2-minute UV self-clean cycle. Hand-wash the body; the lid is splash-proof, not dishwasher-safe.

How does it know how much I've had?
A sensor in the lid measures every time you drink and sends it to the H2OS app over Bluetooth. Nothing to tap, nothing to log.
Does it work without the app?
Yes. The temperature display, the reminder glow and the UV cycle all run on the bottle itself. The app adds the daily target and the history.
How do I charge it?
Over USB, and a charge lasts weeks of normal use. Only the lid needs charging.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Hand-wash the body. The lid holds the electronics, so wipe it down rather than submerging it.
What if I don't like it?
Send it back within 30 days and we'll refund you.
